I managed the end-to-end production aimed at reinvigorating PEXA’s recruitment drive. This involved creating multiple pieces of video content tailored to various messaging targets across PEXA’s internal and external platforms. By incorporating staff perspectives from various levels, I aimed to establish a consistent tone that highlighted the personalised benefits PEXA brings to their lives and careers.
